Wholesale prices: Hudson Whitman offers a wholesale price of $15.00 a book on orders of ten or more copies, or $18.00 for each book w/DVD. Please contact us for a wholesale information package.
Shipping & Handling Charges: For all states except Alaska and Hawaii, please add $3.50 for the first book ordered, and $1.00 each for additional books. Books and DVDs are shipped media mail. For Alaska and Hawaii, please add first class postage of $7.00 for the first book and $1.00 each for additional books. For overseas orders, pleased contact us via e-mail for S&H charges.
Sales tax: On orders within New York State, please add 8% sales tax.
